Moldova Compact - Road Rehabilitation: Final Data Set - HDM-4

The Highway Development Management (HDM)-4 Workspace is the data input and analysis file of the HDM software. The HDM calculations used data collated from all other surveys to calculate the HDM value. The HDM-4 data was primarily used to answer Evaluation Area 1  questions to understand the extent the project contributed to a reduction in transportation costs (travel time and vehicle operating costs) and maintenance costs, if the project made the road safer, and the economic return of the road investment.
