The Sierra Leone Threshold Water Sector data package includes administrative data and focus group discussions available for restricted use. The restricted administrative data are the same that are available for public use with the key difference that the customer categories are not regrouped.

  1. Administrative Data - Customer Complaints: This dataset was used to look at the frequency, type, and resolution time of customer complaints from 2020 to present. 
  2. Administrative Data - Individual Level Customer Billings and Collections: This data set contains monthly customer billings and collections data from 2021 to 2022 for pilot DMAs (Aberdeen (982 customers) and Kingtom (374 customers)) collected monthly by the utility as part of their account system.
  3. Administrative Data - Aggregated Customer Billings and Collections: This data set contains aggregated monthly individual customer data from 2017 from the utility to examine trends in metering, billings and collections over time.
  4. Focus Group Discussions (FGDs): FGDs took place with approximately 80 residents and business owners within two district metering areas at interim and endline.
