El Salvador Investment Compact - Human Capital Project: Closeout Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) Model

The El Salvador Human Capital Project is designed to improve the quality of education and to better match the skills demanded by employers in the international trade of goods and services in El Salvador, thus increasing the labor productivity of future Salvadoran workers. The Human Capital Project consists of two Activities, both of which are accounted for in the CBA model: the Education Quality Activity and the Technical Vocational Education and Training (“TVET”) System Reform Activity.
