Streetlight observations were conducted in September 2024 (through visual observation) to assess whether the Ghana II Energy Efficiency and Demand-side Managment (EEDSM) Project achieved its stated objectives. The dataset contains endline data for a primary sample of 750 poles and back-up sample of 250 poles. The data are quantitative and contain information on whether the data collector was able to locate the poles in the sample and if so, whether the poles had working streetlights.
